The U.S. Fund for UNIDEV supports our work through private equity, fundraising, advocacy, and education in the United States. Despite extraordinary progress, thousands are still without affordable housing. Our mission is to do whatever it takes to make that number zero.

UNIDEV registers with California State Department of Corporations

In an effort to work closely with the residents of the San Francisco Bay Area, UNIDEV has decided to register with the California Department of Corporations. We believe this will allow us to provide affordable housing to many former homeowners in the Bay Area whose houses have been foreclosed. We are also looking to collaborate with various Universities and higher education institutions in the Bay Area to provide residents with renewable energy and sustainable living solutions.

UNIDEV purchases real estate in the San Francisco Bay Area

UNIDEV closes on a Condo near the Bay Bridge. This a brand new construction with a fully loaded, state of the art kitchen complete with energey efficient appliances, including a washer and dryer located in the garage. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a 2 car side by side garage. The unit is furnished with large energy efficient windows.

UNIDEV is currently seeking real estate investors

With real estate prices at historic lows and the increased need for affordable housing; we are looking for both experienced and inexperienced real estate investors looking to invest with our organization. Our current goal is to purchase single family homes and condos in the San Francisco Bay Area to accomadate the increased demand for rental units. We are also looking to purchase 5-10 unit apartment buildings in the Bay Area as well.
